Mexican food

... is absolutely my favorite ethnic food. Not that I don't look sushi or Greek (I do!), but there is just something about veggies, meat, beans and cheese wrapped in a tortilla that makes my stomach happy.  James is learning to love his mama's favorite, too.  He is enjoying black beans and avocado quite a bit these days!
